(Reuters) -Eletrobras Board of Directors (ELET3) approved unanimous renewal of the company’s board, whose members will remain until May 1, 2027, the company said on a relevant fact on Thursday (17).
With this, Ivan de Souza Monteiro remains president of the company, as well as his current vice presidents, says the company.
