The couple was arrested for trying to assault for a 54-year-old man with stones on his head on Thursday (10) in Central Bataguassu, a city located 313 kilometers from Campo Grande. The crime took place on public roads, in the light of the day, and would be motivated by the alleged previous harassment committed by the victim against his wife.
According to the MS script, the man was walking around the city when the couple followed him. Asking the cause of persecution, he was beaten with strokes on his face. He tried to leave, but again approached Santa Casa de Misericórdia, at Avenida Dias Barroso. The attacker immobilized his neck, while his companion hit his head stones until he fell. Then the couple escaped.
People gave help and took the victim to Santa Casa’s ambulance, where he remained hospitalized with deep pieces in his head. The tactical force team is located at the intersection of orchids and extravagant streets in Jardim Santa Rosa. During the approach, they applied aggression and claimed that they were in retaliation for earlier harassment.
The couple had old injuries and was sent to the Bataguassi Civil Police Station. The case was registered as a murder attempt, and the responsible police authority represented the conversion of arrest in the Act on prevention.
