The goal is to facilitate access to the necessary services and promote economic development in this field, using georeferential technologies to thoroughly locate the property in rural areas. ERD will allow you to draw access routes using services such as Google Maps and Waze, improving the availability of public services and promoting the rules of rural development. The project will be analyzed by the Legislative Assembly and, if approved, can transform rural communication and infrastructure in the state.
The initiative aims to accurately locate real estate and rural plants, using georeferential technologies such as GPS and space data processing programs.
According to the project, digital addressing in rural areas is defined as “the place of entering each property or a rural establishment, specified in accordance with the help of equipment and space processing programs.”
The system will allow you to draw the properties of access to routes using navigation services, such as Google, Wase and Google Earth maps, offering a more efficient way to locate rural real estate and connect them to public roads.
The main goal of ERD is to improve the availability of necessary public services for people who live, work or move in rural areas. In addition, the proposal aims to promote the public policy in the field of development of the quality of life in the countryside, facilitating the implementation of projects aimed at improving rural infrastructure, security, and health AND education.
ERD will be an official system that will identify plants and real estate, thanks to which this information will be available on geolocation platforms and significantly bring benefits of rural population.
In his justification, Deputy João Henrique points out that the use of technologies such as GPS and cosmic data will be a great progress in the digital inclusion of rural communities.
“Erd is a system that will officially identify facilities and real estate, providing information in services such as Google Earth and other geographical information systems,” explains the parliamentarian.
The proposal also includes partnerships with municipalities, with training public officials and the use of resources from the Mato Grosso road system development fund for Sul Road (Fundersul) in order to ensure the profitability of the project.
The project was submitted at the Mato Grosso legislative assembly to Sul on Friday (4) and is to be read at the plenary session on Tuesday (8). Then the text will be analyzed by the Commission of the Constitution, Justice and Written (CJR). If the opinion is beneficial, the case will continue to be processed by committees of merits and will be voted at plenary sessions.
