Campo Grande wins the national title and vacancy for the world of beach volleyball

Grande Campo Ana Beatriz Sanches, only 17 years old, still stands out as one of the greatest promises of Brazilian beach volleyball. Last weekend she was a champion of the 1st stage of the Brazilian championships under 21, played between April 7 and 9 in Saquarema (RJ), together with his partner Julia, Capixaba athlete. With the title, the duo ensured the place of representing Brazil in the next world championships in the category that will take place this year.

Ana Beatriz, affectionately called “Aninha”, began 2025 focused on intensive training in Espírito Santo, where she lived with her family since March 2024. Currently, Aest-Ess (Saldanha da Gama Sports Association), a club located in the city of Serra (ES), where she trained next to Julia.

The Brazilian Volleyball Confederation has not yet disclosed the place and date of the U21 World Cup, but with a guaranteed place Ana Beatriz goes to the large Brazilian plants for the next seasons of the base and high performance.
