Tesla makes an agreement in a criminal murder of murder for sudden vehicle acceleration

(Reuters) – Tesla, Elon Musk’s car manufacturer for electric vehicles, agreed to resolve a measure for murder submitted by the lawyers in a man who died in 2021 after his Tesla met and took fire near Dayton, Ohio. Tesla and real estate lawyers announced the agreement on Monday at the Federal Court of San Francisco, but did not reveal the conditions.

The car manufacturer and her lawyers did not immediately respond to requests for comments. Todd Walburg, lawyer for the plaintiffs, refused to comment.
