The Pentagon Inspector General analyzes the use of the Minister of Defense Pit Highset on the use of signal messages to transmit military attacks on Khuti militants in Yemen.

The analysis will also identify the use of an encrypted statement available to the public – other defense officers, since the signal is not able to cope with confidential materials and is not part of the safe communication network of the Ministry of Defense.

The use of the HEGSET statement was revealed when the journalist, Jeffrey Goldberg from the Atlantic, was unintentionally added to Mike Valtz, the National Security Advisor to the signal text chain.

Hegset, Vice -President of JD Wence, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, director of the National Secret Service, Talsi Gabbard and others, gathered to discuss military operations on March 15 against the hit against Iran.

“The purpose of this assessment is to determine the extent to which the Minister of Defense and other employees of the Ministry of Defense fulfilled the policy and procedures of the Ministry of Defense to use a commercial statement about official matters,” said temporary inspector Stephen Stebbins in a letter of notification.

“In addition, we will analyze compliance with the requirements of classification and retention.”

In prison, Hegset provided the exact time of launching aircraft of military operations and falling bombs before the inhabitants of the US Service, who carried out these attacks, were on the air.

The review was launched at the request of the Senator, Republican Roger Wicker, chairman of the Senate Armed Services Commission, and the Senator Iland Jack Reid, the main democrat of the Committee.

At the hearing in the Congress, lawmakers -democrats expressed their concern about the use of the signal and questioned military officers about whether they would be advisable to use commercial use to discuss military operations.

Both the current and the old military officers said that the level of detail that shared in the signal would probably be classified.

The Trump administration insisted that no confidential information was transmitted, and considered the incident “failure”.
