Users reported problems in WhatsApp Message Exchange application in Saturday (12). According to the downdatector website, there were almost 9,000 complaints this morning.
The platform, which shows real problems with the service, pointed out that WhatsApp had servers down.
The most common complaint was instability in sending messages, especially in groups on the platform.
WhatsApp did not say if there were any problems, but the shipment of messages began to be normalized from 12 hours.
